Here at FRA, we are dedicated to ensuring our attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and FRA staff have a healthier and safer conference experience. We will be putting the following protocols in place for the duration of the event to ensure a fantastic experience for all:

All attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and FRA staff must provide proof of testing negative for COVID-19 or proof of COVID-19 full vaccination* to gain access to the event.

Face coverings are required of all individuals in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendation.

All attendees will be asked to certify several statements upon check in, indicating they have not been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days and are not experiencing any symptoms.

 Hand sanitizing stations will be set up throughout the event in conjunction with the CDC recommendation of thorough hand washing.

Physical distancing will be encouraged through a color-coded system for attendees to self-select their comfort level for interacting with others. 


We appreciate your understanding as we work hard to keep all attendees safe and healthy. If you are not feeling well or have reason to believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19, we strongly urge you to follow the CDC guidelines for self-quarantine and not travel.


Know Before You Go


All conference attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff must provide proof of negative COVID-19 test result or proof of COVID-19 full vaccination to gain access to the event.


Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test:

A negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid anti-gen test must be received within 72 hours of arriving at the event. Attendees must provide printed or digital proof of the negative result to gain entry to the event. Alternatively, fully vaccinated attendees can choose to provide proof of vaccination in lieu of a negative test result.

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination:

For the purposes of right of entry to this conference, a person is considered fully vaccinated:

  • 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, or 
  • 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

Proof of vaccination will be accepted by uploading a photo copy of your CDC COVID-19 vaccination below, or by bringing a physical copy of the CDC COVID-19 vaccination card or a photo of the card, along with a photo ID, to the registration desk on day one of the event.

*This guidance applies to COVID-19 vaccines authorized for emergency use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (i.e., Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Johnson and Johnson (J&J)/Janssen COVID-19 vaccines)



Mask Requirement

Face coverings will be required for all individuals in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations. Masks are expected in indoor conference spaces with the exception of when attendees are eating or drinking and in a location where they can maintain a minimum distance of six feet between other attendees.
