All-new pre-conference workshop

The 6th Annual Mastering Client Services and RFPs for Institutional Investors virtual conference will kick-off with a pre-conference workshop on the keys to well-written and well-structured RFPs. Industry specialists who have written, received, and analyzed RFPs will share strategies and best practices to standout from competition in RFP writing.

Participants will gain a better understanding of who is writing RFPs, how they are analyzed, and how to adjust responses accordingly. The workshop will close with an interactive Q&A session to address any questions or challenges in the RFP process.

Keynote address with tangible takeaways

Robyn Hatcher, founder and CEO, SpeakEtc., will present a keynote address on the secrets to authentically engage, communicate, and serve clients and employees. Hatcher will share how to effectively build your personal brand and value proposition to differentiate yourself and how to connect with and serve clients in a unique way. Hatcher will also discuss strategies to increase virtual engagement and develop interactive activities to motivate remote employees, as well as how to identify and leverage different communication styles.

Panel discussions to thrive in a virtual world

The conference will feature several panel discussions tackling success strategies for a virtual environment:

Other discussion points will include important technology solutions for a virtual environment, best practices for working remote, and tips to effectively manage international teams.

Tools and technology showcase

Back by popular demand, the conference will include a tools and technology showcase in FRA’s exclusive virtual networking lobby. During the on-camera small group presentations, leading solution providers will execute rapid fire showcases to present the latest offerings on tools and technology to improve efficiency during the RFP process.

Attendees will also be able to use the virtual networking lobby on day two of the event. Participants will be able to turn on their cameras, visit different the virtual tables, and enjoy face-to-face networking with peers and vendors to discuss industry hot topics.
