The live virtual conference takes place July 30-31 and will provide legal professionals with insights, actionable takeaways, and networking opportunities to achieve the next level of business intelligence and data analytics to maximize results internally and with clients.

You don’t want to miss the ARK Group’s Business Intelligence & Analytics in the Legal Profession summit, which brings together industry experts who will explore the progression of data visualization tools, share tips to generate revenue and drive new business through data, review what’s worked for other law firms, and discuss the current status of the market.

During the two-day event, attendees will learn best practices to make the most of the data and analytics available to them to improve internal efficiencies, talent acquisition, strategies at trial, and client satisfaction.

Here are just a few conference highlights:

The first day of the conference will kick-off with a keynote presentation by Meredith Williams-Range, chief knowledge & client value officer, Shearman & Sterling LLP, who will address how to move the needle on internal adoption of business intelligence and data analytics.

Back by popular demand, Tom Van Der Moere, CFO, Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg, and Mark Medice, principal, Law Vision, will review predictive analytics at intake, the use of data to systemically classify risks, and highlight opportunities to drive profitability.

Day two will feature a “get under the hood” panel discussion to look at how law firms can access, analyze, and share data. Tom Jones, CEO, Iridium Technology, LLC, will moderate the open conversation between three law firms to shed light on their highest priorities and how they stay current in the everchanging data analytics space.

The conference will close with an interactive workshop and exercise led by Tim Corcoran, CEO, Corcoran Consulting Group, who will help attendees rethink pricing, profitability, and compensation, as well as how to use each component to improve client satisfaction, the work product, and quality of life.
